Brief
Having experience of over two decades in the field of Audio-Video Integration. Team of professionals associated with us, who have in-depth competence in this domain. We have been instrumental in completing state of Art AV design and implementation.
As, a team , have successfully design and deployed multiple Pro AV design projects at the customer places. As Pro AV team, proper systematic and scientific approach is worked out for better execution of the project. Below diagram explains on our process for project implementation.
a. Understanding of client requirement:
Works to see best utilization of work spaces: Like: size of the space, structure, expected capacity of the room will determine type of technology that can be deployed.
Understanding of lighting conditions, electrical, Central Air conditioner plan and acoustic noise present in work space before working on any AV Concepts
Understanding of customer budgets, on the space allocated for the AV design.
Pre site visit to know best knowledge of placements of displays, camera, and other AV fitment. As an experienced team, our strategy is to be guide our client with AV(audio-video) consultancy with better and required solution.
b. Conceptual design and pre-qualified BOQ:
After having comprehensive discussion with the client, technically and commercially best solution is worked out suiting to the clients requirement.. Proper presentation on the solution with lead time for deliveries, execution timeline is being discussed, along with implementation cost. Proper scalability plan is also worked out while planning of the solution.
c. Final BOQ with Schematic drawing/3D:
Post selection of concept and cost implication, It is time to move ahead to share final BOQ. Design or graphical representation with 2D/3D concepts for better understanding by the client on end result deliveries. This 2D/3D drawing will also assist architect for his proper planning and assistance in extending proper completion of work.
d. Execution and implementation of the project:
Extending reports such as Gantt Chart for proper planning and execution of material at site, working on logistics and manpower at site. Dedicated project management team to handle site related execution.
e. Collaborate with all Subcontractors:
Working in hands in glove operation and seamlessly with other sub contractors like electrical, AC, carpentry, civil or others, so that the project is executed without any hassles.
f. Health and safety:
Project is being executed considering proper safety methodology, with better working hygiene like jackets, helmets, shoes.
g. Completion of project, training and documents hand over- Client Satisfaction:
Once the project is completed, proper man-days training is being imparted to the users at client place. Proper connectivity diagram/schematic and basic details of equipment documents are handed over to the client.
