b. Software updates: Every AV equipment requires software updates to remain par with the technology and communication protocols. AV engineers ensures software updates happen periodically.
c. Periodic Inspection: Health check of cables, connectors, software program, are done within contract period.
d. Technical support/Ticket raise: Incase of any technical query , it is ensured it is closed either virtually or at site on best time effort basis.
