Who are We

Teleon solutions was launched in June 2015 by once buddies long back, went to different-2 organizations, had varied experiences at different levels, Departments, positions, demography again met with common goal in mind to become entrepreneur to have our own team, our decisions, growing list of our own esteem customers & employees. Since then we are gradually growing with number of projects, customer and repeat business.

Our way of working 

We are team of experienced and skilled professionals in Audio Video Domain, Data collaboration, voice solutions and network optimization. We have over twenty years of experience. We design, implement and execute turnkey projects.

Our Leadership Team

Mr. Rohit Mahajan: is graduate with MBA degree in hand, He has varied experience from sales person to heading a region. worked with leading AV companies like Godrej & Boyce and OEM like Lifesize Communications. his experience is more than 18 years in Audio-visual and Communication domain. He is handling Sales and complete Operation of Company

Mr. Prateek Gupta: is engineering graduate with MBA He has varied experience in sales, handled various vertical in sales like corporate business, Govt Business, Project(s) management, etc. His experience is more than 14 years worked in Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd., AGC Networks and OEM like Dell India Pvt. Ltd. He has strong technical experience in video conferencing, unified communications and hardware & Storage solutions. He is handling Sales, presales and Finance in company

Mr. Rakesh Gupta: is Engineer with MBA, He has varied work experiences in over 30 years in technical, Trainings and support field. From service engineer to heading support and Training verticals. He has worked in Xerox India, Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd., VizExperts to name some and has headed different departments in various capacities. He is very enthusiastic about technical development happening across globe and keeping pace with technology specially in audio video domain. He is handling designing. Programing and implementation of Audio Video Projects.

Our Team

We have technically qualified team of ten engineers and Technician on role and around twenty-five project base freelance engineers and Technicians across India on board. There learning curve is always growing by attending numerous trainings offered by OEM’s. Moreover, they have honed their skill by implementing more than 100 projects (Big & small both) since inception. In coordination and support Team we have two persons who coordinate day to day activity including customer calls, material follow-ups, Invoicing, billing, etc.
